This website is operated by PrintedSoul. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to PrintedSoul. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).

2. Products and pricing

All products are made to order. Colours shown on screen are reproduced as faithfully as possible, but your display may render them differently, and slight variation between print runs is normal and is not a defect. Prices are shown in the store currency and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.

3. Accuracy of your information

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address and a working email address. Because production begins quickly, we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

4. Intellectual property in our designs

All designs, artwork, photographs, and text on this site are the property of PrintedSoul or our licensors and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a product grants you ownership of that physical item only. It does not grant you any right to reproduce, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the design.

5. Custom and user-submitted artwork

If you submit artwork, text, or images for a custom order, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and you grant us the licence needed to reproduce it on your order. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from content you supply. We reserve the right to decline any submission that infringes third-party rights or that we consider hateful, defamatory, or unlawful.

6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

7. Third-party services and links

We use third-party providers for payment processing, printing, and shipping. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Links to third-party sites are not investigated or monitored by us, and we are not liable for their content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintedSoul is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any product purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
