Where is my order?
Every Printew order is printed after you place it, so your order moves through two stages: production, then shipping. Tracking only becomes active once the second stage begins.
Two ways to check your order
1. From your email. Your order confirmation email contains a link to your order status page. That page updates automatically at every stage, and it is the fastest way to check. If your parcel has shipped, the tracking number appears there.
2. From your account. Visit your account page and enter the email address you used at checkout. We will send you a one-time code, no password needed. You will see every order you have placed with us and its current status.
What each stage means

My tracking number is not moving
This is normal and almost never means your parcel is lost. Two common reasons:
The label was just created. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to register its first carrier scan. Until then the link may show no movement at all.
Your order is still in production. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email yet, your item has not left the facility. There is no tracking to follow yet, and nothing has gone wrong.
I ordered several items and only some arrived
Items in one order may be produced at different facilities and ship separately. You will not be charged extra for this, and the remaining parcels are on their way. Each shipment gets its own tracking number.
My order is late
If your order has passed the delivery window on our Shipping & Delivery page, or tracking has not moved for 15 business days, email us at hi@ciuslabs.com with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation and replace or refund a confirmed lost order at no cost to you.
