Shipping policy

Printew products are made to order. Your delivery estimate has two parts: production and carrier transit. Times below are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. The exact shipping rate and any tax or duty disclosure for your address appear at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, and European Union member states offered at checkout. Availability can vary by product and production route. If a destination is not offered for an item, checkout will not complete for that address.
Production and delivery estimates
Unless checkout shows a different estimate for your route, use these business-day bands. Google Merchant Center must use a separate shipping service per country (or per EU destination group you configure) with these numbers — do not merge multiple countries into one worldwide time band.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Peak seasons or carrier disruptions can cause delays.
Shipping costs, tax, and import charges
Your available shipping rate is shown at checkout before payment. Orders that meet an advertised free-shipping threshold receive that offer automatically when eligible for that market and product.
- United States / Canada: Taxes collected by us (if any) appear at checkout. Amounts not collected at checkout may be payable to the carrier or authority as disclosed at checkout.
- European Union: VAT or other mandatory charges collected by us appear at checkout when the selected route supports that treatment. We do not promise duty-paid delivery unless checkout expressly confirms it for your route.
Tracking
We email tracking after the order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to begin updating after a label is created.
Multiple items
Items may arrive in separate parcels when production requires it. You will receive tracking for each shipment and are charged only the shipping amount accepted at checkout.
Address changes
Check your address carefully at checkout. Email support@printew.com as soon as possible if it is wrong. We can request a correction only before production or shipment begins and cannot guarantee that a change will be possible.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not moved for 15 business days or the order is well beyond the estimate above, email support@printew.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, when the parcel is confirmed lost, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund under the applicable refund policy for your market.
