Shipping Policy
PrintedSoul products are printed on demand by our production partners in the United States and Europe. Your order is routed to the facility closest to your delivery address, which means shorter transit times and a smaller footprint than shipping everything from one location. Your delivery date has two parts: production, then transit.
Production time
2-7 business days. This is when your item is printed, quality-checked, and packed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start production the next business day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections and peak seasons (late November through December) can add a week. Order early for the holidays.
Shipping costs
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart. You will see the exact amount before you pay. Any free shipping promotion will be shown clearly on site and applied automatically to your cart total.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to start updating after the label is created. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
Because we route orders to a production facility near you, most customers in the United States and Europe pay no import fees at all. If your order does cross a border, any duties or import taxes are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices, and are payable by you. We declare all parcels accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts or under-declare their value.
Multiple items
Items in one order may be produced at different facilities and can arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost to you.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will re-ship it once you cover the reshipping cost, or refund the item price minus original shipping.
Lost or very late parcels
If tracking has not moved for 15 business days, or your order is well past the estimates above, email hi@ciuslabs.com with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation and replace or refund confirmed lost orders at no cost to you.
