Size Guide

Size Guide

The most reliable way to get this right: take a garment you already own and love the fit of, lay it flat, and measure it. Then match those numbers to the chart below. Do not measure your body and do not guess from your usual size, because sizing varies wildly between brands.

How to measure a flat garment

Chest width: measure straight across the garment from armpit to armpit, laid flat. This is half the full chest circumference.

Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the bottom hem.

T-Shirts (unisex, boxy cut)

Size Chest width (flat) Length Fits chest
S 46 cm / 18 in 71 cm / 28 in 86-91 cm / 34-36 in
M 51 cm / 20 in 74 cm / 29 in 96-101 cm / 38-40 in
L 56 cm / 22 in 76 cm / 30 in 106-111 cm / 42-44 in
XL 61 cm / 24 in 79 cm / 31 in 116-121 cm / 46-48 in
2XL 66 cm / 26 in 81 cm / 32 in 126-131 cm / 50-52 in
3XL 71 cm / 28 in 84 cm / 33 in 136-141 cm / 54-56 in

Our tees are cut boxy and true to size. If you prefer a slimmer fit, size down. If you want it clearly oversized, size up one.

Still unsure?

Email hi@ciuslabs.com with your measurements and we will tell you honestly which size to take. We would rather spend two minutes on that than have you end up with something that does not fit, since made-to-order items cannot be returned for size.
