How long until my order arrives?
Two stages. Production takes 2–5 business days, because your item is printed after you order it. Shipping then takes 7–20 business days depending on your country. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. If your country is not selectable at checkout, email us and we will add it.
Will I pay customs or import duty?
Possibly. Orders shipped outside Vietnam may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These are not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility. Most small orders pass through without charges, but we cannot predict or refund them.
What size should I order?
Every product page has a size chart with flat measurements in both cm and inches. Our tees run true to size; hoodies are slightly relaxed. If you are between sizes and want a looser fit, size up. Unsure? Message us your usual size in a brand you own and we will tell you what matches.
How do I care for the print?
Wash inside out, cold, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print — iron the reverse side. Skip bleach and fabric softener. Treated this way, the print outlasts the garment.
My item arrived damaged or misprinted. What now?
Email hi@ciuslabs.com within 30 days with your order number and photos. We replace or refund it, and you do not need to send the item back unless we ask. Full details are in our refund policy.
Can I return something because it does not fit?
Since each item is printed individually for you, we cannot resell returns, so we do not accept change-of-mind or wrong-size returns. Please use the size chart, or ask us first — we are happy to help you pick.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering and before production starts. Message us right away.
Can I get a design on a different product?
Often, yes. Tell us the design and the item you want it on and we will let you know if it works.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
We do — for teams, events, small brands, and one-off gifts. Send us your artwork, quantity, and deadline for a quote.
